Hi
I am investigating an issue in  EBS 11i
User have reported after approving a PO from time to time they are getting a message
"You earlier received the notification shown below. That notification is now closed, and no longer requires your response. You may simply delete it along with this message." 
though they have approved the PO only once.
I have checked there is no TIMEOUT in the workflow.
I have checked Doc ID 417765.1 - Inbound processing is disabled and Inbound Thread Count is also zero.

To day used have reported he has approved 5 PO's but received only 2 of these notifications.
