OAM 12c, while creating IdP connection using metadata(from ADSF). Getting error "An error occurred during an attempt to read the federation metadata. Verify that the specified URL or host name is a valid federation metadata endpoint".

I see Document ID - 2734552.1, but metadata doesn't have that tag. Could not find other scenarios.
