We are upgrading from PT85711 to PT85903. While looking at the My Preferences page, I noticed the phone number already populated

I identified the upgrade script that imported the value:

If we don't want to use the text notification feature, can we delete the row from PSUSEROPTNDEFN where USEROPTN = 'TEXT' without breaking other features?
