Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 403 Forbidden when implementing AWS WAF for Peoplesoft Campus Solution

Hi Team,

This is our first time in implementing AWS WAF for our PeopleSoft Campus Solution which hosted in AWS Cloud Infra.

During initial implementation, we encounter 403 forbidden HTTP code when hit the url after the ALB are assign to the WAF.

In the log, it is just given that there is a block at '/'. Can anyone advised if you ever encounter this?
