Process Activity is getting into error having ACTIVITY_RESULT_CODE ' #STUCK

Hello Team,

We have customization in wf and there are child processes under main approval process.

recently we are facing issue for only one invoice where child processes are getting completed successfully and the main approval process is getting errored out with an activity_result as 'STUCK'.

Since the main approval process is errored out users have again reinitiated the workflow and we are facing the same issue.

Could you help us in finding error message and what is the root cause why the approval process is going to error.
