R12.1.3 : Wanted enable attachment link on the workflow notifications page to upload the documents.

Hi Everyone

Sometimes users are missing to upload the documents while creating the requisition. Approver is rejecting those requisitions because the user is not uploaded the document. Instead of rejecting those requisitions approver is asking to enable the attachment link on the notification page so that they can upload the additional documents and approve those requisitions. Now we are on R12.1.3 application version. Please suggest if there anyway that we can enable this.
