Db with status FAILED in ODA

Hello,

ODA 19.9, Oracle 12.1.0.2.201020

We had to do a switchover. The standby db (MYDBSB) becomes the primary db.

Initial configuration was : 

primary : rac db with 2 instances in ODA X8-HA

standby : single instance on ODA X7-2M

We didn't use odacli register-database to configure dataguard. Some manual steps have been done.

Now our production db is in ODA X7 but for ODA the db status didn't change. For ODA it's always a standby db but when you query with sqlplus you can see that DATABASE_ROLE is primary. Same with dgmgrl.

DB configuration became failed for ODA (instead of configured).
