ptools 8.58 INFRA DPK: Oct. build 211021 fails to install pia

Attempted to update dedicated pia host from:

PTools 8.58.10 w/ INFRA DPK release 210422

To:

PTools 8.58.10 w/ INFRA DPK release 211021

Fail steps:

1. DPK cleanup
2. DPK setup with INFRA DPK release 211021 staged: fails with message in dpk log indicating PIA war file is missing.

Recovery:

1. DPK cleanup
2. cd $PSFT_BASE (e.g. /app/psoft)
3. rm -rf ./db ./dpk ./pt <==== Be careful here
4. DPK setup with INFRA DPK release 210422 staged. Succesful install of prior INFRA DPK.

EDIT

It seems there was something in our environment which was causing the problem OR

something didn't get cleaned on the host by the DPK cleanup process.

We have a wrapper process which manages the staging of the INFRA DPK to the staged PTools DPKS.
