Disable USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS Lookup

We have a situation in our organization where we need to stop propagating the changes from User Profile to Target . Is there a way to disable Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS functionality so it wont push changes from User Profile to Target Resources ?
