Uninstalling the bugs applied.

I have created a project FLUIDS_BUGS in 2018 when HCM 9.2 PUM Inage 26 was released and inserted all the 10 fluid related bugs. I have applied this project in our demo environment in 2012. Now it is creating problems when creating the Tax update 21-D change package in DEMO and applying the Tax Update 21-D package in DEV because as it asking the pre-requisite (10 bugs) not existing in DEV. I want to delete the FLUIDS_BUGS (10 patches) from demo. What are steps to delete the FLUIDS_BUGS project with 10 patches, Please advice. Thank you.
