Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cannot access the PUM URL

The site says application server is down at this time. System is not available.

This was working a few weeks ago as I applied the PUM and created a tax update change package.

Would the automatic server re-boot for patching have an impact on this?

I suspect that is what happened.
