Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. After Installation of PeopleSoft HCM Image 40, Add to NavBar and Add to Favorites Missing

Prior to HCM Image 39 (Shipped with Tools 8.58.XX) Add to Nav Bar and Add to Favorites already appeared in PUM Images.
