How do I connect to my standalone Oracle Internet Directory from Net Manager

I recently upgraded to a new PC and installed the 19c client. On my 12c install, I had the ability to connect to an OID directory in Net Manager. I can't figure out how to do it in 19c.

In my 19c client, I don't see the directory option at all.

This is a standalone instance of OID. I want to be able to manage the database aliases from my desktop. Any help would be appreciated.
