Can a forms personalization be done to force a user to re-query after making a journal entry change?

Currently the only time a user is prompted to re-query after making a change to a journal entry is if they change the GL Period or amount of the entry. Other changes such as change in category, line description, account and whether the entry is reversing or not does not prompt the user to re-query so they are able to post the entry right away. Can a forms personalization be implemented to force a re-query after all changes? If so, can I get guidance on how to set that up?
