Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. where does "request error details" get stored in OIM db tables?

Basically, I am trying to extract the list of all entitlements a person ever have accessed.

Means the ones which the user is provisioned to and the ones which he was ever provisioned to !
