Pending Item not Created

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

I have a mystery here. One of my users created an invoice in billing. According to the Billing Summary, it created a pending item. I can't find a pending item for this invoice any where. I've searched by date, by amount and nothing. Here's the billing summary page.

I'm stumped. Any ideas?
