Setup Billing Identifiers for FSCM 9.2

I am a non functional tech and I am trying to assist the functional user in an issue.


They have a new task in regards to a billing identifier. It is not showing in the valid identifier list on on the standard billing page. It is not associated with the "ID" table value like the others they are used to seeing.


They would like to have this associated with the table value and set the related identifiers for these billing transaction.


I have looked at peoplebooks but it really does not show me any actual navigation to the page that will allow me to set this up?
