Has anyone else reformatted the email that is sent and consumed as part of the html approval process. As delivered the email seems to come in one string. Example below. We attempted to reformat however when doing so, the hmtl tags interfered with the emails being consumed when the email was sent via a tablet or phone. It was ok when sent via a desktop. Has anyone else reformatted this email or living with delivered. I ask b/c if a using needs to add comments that is hard using a phone, etc.
