Troubleshoot JSP page in Oracle EBS

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi Community,

I hope you are doing well. I got assigned a ticket to troubleshoot customization. The custom form should bring a sales order but is not doing it. I checked the menu function calling the form and is a JSP type and I found the path in the table fnd_form_functions_vl in the column web_html_call. I am related to Java server pages but not on how to open/troubleshoot this type of form from Oracle EBS. I need help to understand where to find the source files, what to use to open the source files, and what exactly I have to investigate about
