OID - Upgraded JRE to 1.7.0_301 and wallets, and DIP disappeared

On my Linux test OID 11g server, I upgraded the JRE from 1.7.0_80 to 1.7.0_301 then updated the wallet file $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/cwallet.sso and imported my CA cert authority into the new java cacerts file.

I saw entries in the AdminServer log file saying it was using MD5withRSA algorithm in the DemoIdentity.jks so I tried to create a custom identity jks and trust jks. I updated from the "Demo Identity and Demo Trust" in the console to "Custom Identity and Custom Trust" and Activated Changes. I exited the console and then manually shutdown WebLogic. WebLogic/AdminServer seemed to restart fine and then I moved on to the managed server wls_ods1. It seemed to have the same Keystores/SSL setup so I changed that to point to my new identity/trust files. When
