Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am trying to create a report to track the status of a Form that was submitted for Approval.

We need to know on whom the form is pending approval.

Can someone share a list of tables that I can use to create this report.
