How to Configure Data Guard of TDE-enabled database on ODA

I would like to configure Data Guard of a TDE-enabled database using odacli commands. 

Here is our current environment:

We have two ODAs (model x8-2s) 

ODA 1

Primary DB for database PRODDB1

ODA 2

Primary DB for database PRODDB2

ODA1 and ODA2 are both

-running version 19.12

-configured to use ASM

-both TDE-enabled from their creation using BUI

-both x8-2s models

We would like to configure ODA 2 to host the standby database for PRODDB1 on ODA 1.

We would like to configure ODA 1 to host the standby database for PRODDB2 on ODA 2.

The final environment would look like this:
