How to delete/edit an approved timecard from a Timekeeper super user responsibility?

We recently migrated our Production instance from R12.1 to R12.2 and whenever a timekeeper wants to delete a timecard, is getting an error sayin: APP-HXC-366296: Your timecard status has changed and you cannot complete this action at this time". Also timecards are protected against any update, so in case a correction is needed, that is not being possible.

In one of our testing instances (already migrated to the 12.2 version) we are getting a different error when we try to save any change: ora-01086: savepoint '' never established.

Can anyone help please?
