PS Query getting timed out after minutes

Hi,

PS Query is getting timed out in 2 minutes when running from query manager (online) after 8.58 upgrade

Already verified these things

Checked app server config file for these values

PSAPPSRV -- Service Timeout=1200

PSAPPSRV -- Max Fetch Size=200000

PSQRYSRV -- Max Fetch Size=200000

PSQRYSRV -- Service Timeout=1200

Also tried disabling "Enable Query Timeout" in Query Administration, but no change. It goes when through schedule query.

Can you please let me know if you any ideas on this.
