How to migrate peoplesoft user profile table from PT 8.51 , HCM 9.1 to PT 8.58 , HCM 9.2

Hi All, can you please suggest, how to migrate peoplesoft user profile table from PT 8.51 , HCM 9.1 to PT 8.58 , HCM 9.2 without doing an upgrade. Also we need the same password as that in older PT8.51 version to work in PT 8.58. We are facing issue in import of table as there were two new fields are added for enhanced security (PTOPERPSWDV2 and OPERPSWDSALT) in later version of Peopletools application . Thanks in advance .
