Recon job is not working for salesforce connector

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

We installed salesforce connector in DEV01 environment and it is working and we used same setup in DEV03 environment but it is not working and got below error while running Recon jobs.


java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class org.identityconnectors.restcommon.utils.MessageLocalizer


Client ID is used in IT resource mapping and same ID used in both DEV1 and 3. Is different client ID has to be used for different host?. Appreciate your help to resolve above issue.
