9.2 - How to enter contract Billing Limit for the Contract line ?

Billing Limit field is disabled(display only) on the Contract terms page 'CA_DETAIL_PROJ'

How can we enable the field to edit or where should the contract billing limit should be entered. ?

In 9.1 field was not disabled. It allowed the user to edit or enter the data on the same page.
