Fluid Delegation - PT_SEARCHPAGE

 I would like bypass the Add Delegate(subpage) and only show the Fluid Search (PT_SEARCHPAGE).  The Add Delegate subpage is not useful because user does not userid of the employee.  The users now the Last Name and First Name.

Can't find any document that explains user the PT_SERACHPAGE. I use App Designer to find references but no were results

Has anyone customize the Fluid Delegation?
