We have an instance in Windows Server 2016, with function role Terminal Server or RDS.

Randomly this server restart or shutdown.

I was wondering if there is a logging option in the Oracle console, where I can monitor if any account or login is not doing this restart or shutdown of the instance by the Oracle console.
