BIP Publisher XLIFF Translation upload issue

We are currently on PT8.58.

When we were on PT8.57, when I upload an XLIFF file with target-language='pt-BR', it correctly detects it as "Portuguese-Brazil" (PTB). But when I upload the same file in PT8.58, it sets language code to "Portuguese" (POR).

Same issue with XLIFF file with target-language='es-MX'. On PT8.57, the language code is set to ESM (Spanish-Mexico). But on PT8.58, it sets it to ESP (Spanish).

The problem here is I have 2 files, one for Spanish and one for Spanish-Mexico. Both files are detected as ESP and would not allow me to upload both translation files to the same template since LANGUAGE_CD is a key on the record.
