Work Item Load Balancing using a Resource Group

Hello, this is a repeat of something I asked about in the previous decade when we were on 12.1.3.

I would like to know if there is a way to allocate (equitably) out New Delinquencies among our Income Team

Eg currently:

Kate has 10

Sam has 8

Mel has 4

So Mel would get the next 4, then Sam & Mel would share the next 4 & after that all 3 would alternate.

I believe we should follow Doc ID 375985.1

But like time we looked at there was a bug in place; 29710075

Unclear if this has been resolved

We have been on 12.2.10 since 18 October this year
