No Data Found in the program IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers

Hi Team,

I am running the program IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers which returns No Data even though I have created a Dunning Plan, Dunning Set and attached the Dunning Letter Set to the Customer and in the Dunning Plan chosen the email and print in Output method and selected the template, Please do let me know if I am missing any step.


FYI: Attached the Agent to the Customer, Created the email communication, added the role for Dunning and created the communication Address for the Customer
