Not able to open workflow notification from Activity History in Oracle Apps R12

Hello,

After applying applying patch 33672402:R12.TXK.C, approver not able to open the workflow in Oracle Apps R12 version. They are able to approve it from the email but when they are not able to open it from the responsibility. When they click on the Open link under activities they get the below email. Has anyone come across this issue after applying the patch? Markview suggested a solution which worked on AP and SC side but it did not work for notifications.

Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError, msg=Could not initialize class com.markview.oracle.apps.util.MVFrameworkUtils
