Opensso session timeout page displayed (unwanted)

in Identity Management (MOSC)

We are using "Oracle OpenSSO 8.0 Update 2 Patch5 Build 6.1(2012-December-3 04:25)"

141655-09

The behavior at session timeout for this patch level (compared to 141655-03; Oracle OpenSSO 8.0 Update 1 Patch 2) is that the session timeout webpage is shown instead of transparently giving a new session.

Purge delay (com.iplanet.am.session.purgedelay) is set to 0, but it does not seem to have any effect.

We would like to avoid the session timeout webpage as it is only confusing the end user.

Anyone that has been facing this problem and has a solution to it?
