Query prompt not showing up on Web nVision report request page

Hello,

We are on 9.1 and tools 8.55.25. Query prompts not showing up on Web nVision report request page. I ran the report from the client the prompts shows up but from the web it does not. When i run the report from web it goes to No success with message

"Prompt value missing. Please provide all the prompt values and re-run the report"

I don't see the Report name and Query name in PS_PTNVSQRYPROMPTS table.

I do see it in PS_PTNVSLYTQRY table.

Anyone has face this similar issue?
