Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How can I remove 'x92' from my flat file created by an SQR

Some special characters in the database are showing up as 'x92' in our flat file.

This causes problems when submitting to 3rd party vendors.

Looks like the database is not interpreting the special characters in the name field correctly.

Is there something I can put inside the sqr to ensure the encoding is correct when the file is written?
