Company offers Service to client products(SKU)s. How do we record Sales(OM) in Oracle EBS 12.1.3

Our Company receives client products(half cooked Items) and process them. once processing is done we will send these Finished goods back to Clients.

Clients use OSP(Outside processing feature in EBS) to send their products to us for processing.

How do we handle Receiving Items/Processing Items/Sales in Oracle EBS 12.1.3
