Does anyone knows what is causing EODL_BATCH to error with invalid value?

EODL_BATCH is not successful and failing with an Invalid value - press the prompt button or hyperlink error. It seems to be coming because of a role name but we don't know what role it is failing on. Our tracing efforts have not worked. Has anyone seen this before?
