How to decommission Primary and make Standby a standalone DB?

I have a Primary RAC DB on ODA X5 running 12.1.0.2.0, and Standby DB on Single Instance running 12.1.0.2.0. All hosts are running Linux. Our project no longer requires the robust DR capabilities of the ODA and the Data Guard. I have been asked to decommission the DataGuard and to move the database to the Single Instance server (a much newer host) that is currently our Standby database as the ODA X5 will be retired. The DataGuard is Physical standby running in Max Performance (NO Active Data Guard). The dgmgrl broker is in use. Fast-Start Failover is disabled.

I'm looking for any good docs that might be able to help me or the general steps needed to accomplish the task.
