Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Do we have an option for a Collections Manager to see the list of collectors assigned to him/her and track the activities of the collection Agent?

How to Re-print/Email Dunning Letter by Collections Manager which are received by a customer under the Collector ?
