OID 12c with 19c container/Pluggable database for TNS names resolution

Hi

I'm looking for some documented steps to install & configure Oracle Internet Directory (OID12c) for TNS Names resolutions using Oracle 19c CDB& PDB databases. And configure LDAP replication between three different geographical locations ( i.e AMER, EMEA & APAC) .

I would appreciate any information on this.
