Database Creation in AWS RDS

Has anyone ever done a PeopleSoft Database creation, either manually or using the Database Configuration Wizard in AWS? If so, how did you translate the PeopleSoft guide for database creation to do it in AWS?

I am hoping the scripts provided can be run in the AWS environment the same as it would outside of AWS, on a server. I am using the PeopleSoft9.2_Application_Installation_Oracle_PeopleTools8.59_September 2021.pdf beginning at page 247.

I am new to PeopleSoft and somewhat to Oracle, so the simplier the explanation, the easier I will be able to understand.
