Log4j fix for Weblogic-10.3

Hi Team,

We have a archive DB whic is on PT-8.53 and we completely know that it is not supported. But, still trying out best to comply with the security observations.

We are on Weblogic-10.3 and inside that we see the log4j release as log4j1.2.8.jar. So, Could please help to remediate the log4j vulnerability?
