Peoplesoft People Tools 8.52 - Rowset issue

Hi,

&rowset = createrowset(record. recname);

&rowset.fill();

&rowset.activerowcount is just 1, even the recname has rows in lakhs in back end database.

Please help me to understood what could be wrong in this code line above.
