Receive error when running cleanup on PUM machine

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I am running the following from command prompt as administrator

psft-dpk-setup.bat --cleanup


It works and goes through the steps however after the Undeploying Application Components

step I receive the following. The errors keep going from the original message below.


Undeploying Application Components:                                  [ OK ]

   os.unlink(fullname)

PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: '\\\\?\\D:\\PSFT\\psft_puppet_agent\\bin\\libffi.dll'
