Component Interface PeopleCode not generating on Tools 8.58.05?

Hi, is this a known issue? I put a CI in an app designer project, open some peoplecode, drag the CI into the People and instead of generating the peoplecode, it just puts this in there - COMPONENTINTERFACE.AR_WC_PAYMENT_EXPRESS.

It has worked for me on Tools 8.57.
