Solaris Cluster running with Data guard (Single Node)

Dear All,

If my Production environment is running with 2 nodes Solaris Cluster (Node1, and Node2).

And i planning to setup a single node (Node3) for my DR environment.

I would like to know, the Oracle database data guard replication is it supported for this kind of environment? Is it the best practice?

I couldn't find much information or document from internet. As far as i understand, Oracle got Solaris Cluster geographical, but this is provided the Production is setup Solaris Cluster, and the DR also require to setup Solaris Cluster. Correct me, if i'm wrong?
