Changing order of the fields on peoplesoft fluid page

Hi,

I'm new to peoplesoft fluid. I'm trying to change the order of the fields on one of the delivered pages in the way it appears . I tried moving the fields both in order tab and layout tab. But none of the changes are reflecting. I tried even changing a field name but the changes aren't reflecting in the front end. This is a sub page and I tried this after clearing the server cache as well but it isn't working. Is there something I'm missing here? (Note - These changes work in other fluid page)

How does a fluid page determine the order of the fields on a page?
