Hello Team,

Could you please suggest when will we get the below mentioned kind of error in workflow.

ORA-20318: The 'name' parameter in the approver record is null. The 'name' parameter should have a not-null value for an approver record.

As we are facing issue for one of the invoices where user has received the notification and he has approved. But the approval is not reaching the system and also notification status is showing as Closed status.
