Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Erros when deploying new PUM image

I have not been able to successfully install a new PUM image on our new machine.

Our consultant has no issues when running the psft_dpk_setup.bat.

I received a 'FAILED' error on the Step Setting up PeopleSoft Database 'failed'.

This is from the psft_dpk_setup.log. It is failing on this command.

D:\PSFT\db\oracle-server\19.3.0.0\bin\dbca -createDatabase -silent -responseFile D:\PSFT\db\oracle-server\19.3.0.0\assistants\dbca\dbca.rsp -J-

CAUSE: The user running the assistant application does not have administrator privilege.

ACTION: Run the assistant application with an administrator user.

- [DBT-00008] Current user is not an administrator user.
